Agilex Technologies Appoints the Honorable Thomas M. Davis, III to the Board of Directors

Deloitte executive and former congressmen to fill the vacancy left by the Honorable Jack F. Kemp

Agilex Technologies, Inc., an enterprise application, solution and advisory firm, serving the national security, healthcare and public sectors , today announced that the Honorable Thomas M. Davis, III will join as a new distinguished member of the Agilex Board of Directors. Davis will replace the Honorable Jack F. Kemp who passed away earlier this year.

Davis, whose career spans the fields of technology and politics, currently is a director with Deloitte Federal Government Services. Long known and respected as a tech-savvy leader and a dedicated public servant, Davis brings considerable knowledge and experience to Agilex. In the U.S. Congress, Davis served with distinction as the chairman of the Committee on Government Reform. He was a leader in promoting the President’s Management Agenda and maximizing the performance of government agencies. In addition, Davis led several subcommittees, including the Subcommittee on Technology and Procurement Policy where he sponsored legislation on e-government, information security and critical infrastructure. According to the Government Accountability Office, Davis’ vigilant oversight of federal contracting saved millions of taxpayer dollars.

Earlier in his career, Davis served as General Counsel for Advanced Technology, Inc, (ATI), a previous company founded and led by LaRose.
