Award Recognizes Significant Growth and Accomplishments by the Region’s Emerging Government Services Providers

Agilex Technologies, an enterprise application, solution and advisory firm serving the healthcare, national security, and public sectors, today announced it was named the Hottest Emerging Government Contractor for 2010 by the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC). This annual award recognizes the Washington, DC metropolitan region’s leading fast start government services provider for outstanding growth, achievement and innovation. NVTC is the membership association for the technology community in Northern Virginia, representing over one thousand companies and their 200,000 employees.

“Agilex is a company of outstanding professionals, brought together by the opportunity to build a truly great company in service to the nation’s priorities. This award is tremendous recognition of their dedication and incredible talent,” said Jay Nussbaum, Chief Operating Officer, Agilex Technologies, Inc. “What’s most exciting about this award is that it specifically honors companies ‘that develop innovative technology-based solutions to help the Government in its quest for change.’ This perfectly describes our approach to addressing some of the nation’s most significant challenges.”

Founded in March 2007, Agilex is an employee‐owned government services provider offering mission and technology consulting, software and solution development, and systems integration services. Headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, Agilex serves a number of federal agencies, including the Departments of Defense, Health & Human Services, Homeland Security and Veterans Affairs.
