Agilex Technologies Makes First Acquisition

Purchase of Microsoft Certified Gold Partner Extends Leadership in Business Intelligence and Data Management

Chantilly, VA - July 10, 2008 - Agilex Technologies, Inc. (Agilex) announced today an asset purchase involving DHSoft, Inc. of Herndon, Virginia. The acquired assets of DHSoft, which includes the Customer Chemistry division, will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Agilex, enhancing the company’s ability to deliver customer-centric solutions for business intelligence (BI) and data management to its rapidly growing customer base. The transaction closed with no additional financial terms being disclosed.

Agilex, an enterprise application, solutions and IT advisory firm, was launched in 2007 by serial entrepreneur Robert E. LaRose and successful business leader Jay H. Nussbaum to bring together executive business expertise with the foremost database and IT knowledge. LaRose previously founded Integic, which was acquired by Northrop Grumman in 2005, and Advanced Technology, Inc. (ATI), which was sold in 1988. Nussbaum has held senior leadership positions with Citigroup, BearingPoint, Oracle and Xerox.
